Equipment and Tooling
REC has at its own disposal horizontal and vertical machining centres, supplied with tooling carefully selected for their flexibility in the manufacturing process (max working range 1000x 500 mm.) and CNC lathes with motor - driven tools and continuous integrated axis / axles (max working range 300 x 400). Parallel self-learning lathes - surface and cylindrical grinding - slotting machines - tumbling and manual milling machines complete effectively our working schedules. REC put also the greatest attention in informatics and its application to the management and working control. Thanks to its versatility in each kind of machining REC allows to our customers to satisfy any requests on demand, either in projects or quantities (minimum or medium lot size)
Quality Control Tools
Since its foundation REC has always put best attention in its product checkout and in the instrument system control. Supplied with digital inside and outside micrometers, digital tools prescoring, tridimensional measure, profile projector, digital altimeter, profilometer, hardometer, our company has obtained all the certificates of constant measure and setting/calibration. REC considers quality and precision as indispensable targets of its activity and production.
